Wisdom is in short supply. Yet Scripture tells us to pursue it with urgency.
How do we find wisdom when we have instant access to all the answers? Where is wisdom in a world in which the foundations of social order are being torn down, discarded, and replaced? What is wisdom in a culture that mocks truth?
God has called us to this confusing cultural moment, but He has promised to generously give wisdom to all who earnestly seek it (James 1:5). Jesus promised wisdom that would overcome the world. (Luke 21:15) That wisdom is a sure foundation that gives us access to the blueprints of creation and to the mind of Christ.
“Pursue Wisdom” is the theme of the Colson Center National Conference 2027. Together we’ll consider what it means to live wisely in this time and place where God has put us.
Wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord, not fear of man nor fear of the moment. Wisdom is worldview at work in this cultural moment. To live wisely here and now, Christians must be hearers and doers of God’s Word, with ears tuned to the longings of our age.
Join us at CCNC ‘27, where a world-class lineup of thinkers and doers will recover wisdom for our ever-changing culture moment. See the world through lens of God’s word so you can live out your calling with courageous faith.
